Setup guide: Windows 10 & 11

1. 1Download the official installer: HorizonVPN 2.6.0 for Windows
2. 2Open HorizonVPN-2.6.0.1036-windows-x64.zip, then run the installer inside the downloaded zip
3. 3Confirm the publisher and horizonvpn.org download source before approving the Windows permission prompt
4. 4Let the installer add the VPN networking components required by the app
5. 5Launch HorizonVPN from the Start menu or desktop shortcut
6. 6Sign in, leave Protocol set to Auto, and use the main power button to connect

Updates and removal

• Download a newer release from the same official link and follow its installer prompts to update
• Before uninstalling, disconnect HorizonVPN and close it from the Windows system tray
• Use Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps to remove HorizonVPN
• Restart Windows if installation completes but the VPN networking component is not yet available
