Is HorizonVPN available for routers?

HorizonVPN does not currently provide a self-service router profile or supported public router setup workflow.

HorizonVPN does not currently provide a self-service router configuration download or a supported public DD-WRT, OpenWrt, or Tomato setup flow. The official apps are the supported way to protect compatible devices.

  • Install the official HorizonVPN app on each supported device
  • Use the browser extension when only supported browser traffic should use HorizonVPN
  • Use Smart DNS for an eligible television, console, or device that cannot run the app when your plan includes it

Do not enter HorizonVPN account credentials, copied server addresses, or unofficial configuration files into a router. An incorrect network-wide setup can expose traffic or disconnect every device on the network.

This article will be updated if an official customer router workflow is released.
