How to upgrade or change your subscription plan

The dashboard shows your current plan, access end date, renewal state, and billing owner. An active subscription can prevent purchasing through a different provider until the existing paid period ends.

1. 1Log in at HorizonVPN dashboard
2. 2Open Subscription
3. 3Review your active plan, access end date, renewal status, and who bills it
4. 4If the current plan does not renew, use Extend plan or Renew plan when shown
5. 5Open HorizonVPN pricing to review currently available website plans
6. 6If the app says another provider owns the active subscription, manage that subscription first and wait until its paid access ends before switching providers
