Viewing receipts and payment history

View HorizonVPN payment records in the dashboard and use the billing provider for official store documents.

  1. 1Open Receipts in the HorizonVPN dashboard
  2. 2Review the date, amount, payment method, reference, and current payment state
  3. 3For an App Store or Google Play tax invoice or downloadable receipt, open the purchase history in the store account that paid
  4. 4For a website payment document that is not shown in the dashboard, contact support with the account email and payment reference

The HorizonVPN dashboard does not currently generate a downloadable PDF invoice or let you add a company name, billing address, or VAT number to an existing payment.
