Starting HorizonVPN automatically and using Always-on VPN

Automatic protection works differently by platform. Supported desktop apps can open HorizonVPN when the device starts. Android provides its own Always-on VPN and traffic-blocking controls.

Desktop: Launch at startup

1. 1Open Settings
2. 2Find the Connection section
3. 3Turn on Launch at startup if that option is shown on your platform
4. 4Open the app after the next restart and connect when you want the VPN active

Android: Always-on VPN

1. 1Open HorizonVPN Settings and select Always-on VPN
2. 2In Android VPN settings, choose HorizonVPN
3. 3Turn on "Always-on VPN"
4. 4For a full network lock, also turn on "Block connections without VPN"
